As part of the program, the Art, Science and Sport Foundation carries out activities in the field of sustainable development of small towns in Russia and professionalization of regional non-profit sector.

The NPO-SOCRAT program (Increasing the contribution of non-profit organizations to SOCIAL AND CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT) is aimed at increasing contribution of NPOs to social and cultural development of the regions, as well as raising professional level of employees of local NPOs.
